Job responsibilities
•Maintain environmental related management system and keep certificate validity.
維護環境有關管理體系，保持證書有效性。
•Monitor the performance of management system, promote process improvement and ensure effective operation of environment related management system.
監控體系績效，推動過程改善，確保環境有關管理體系有效運行。
•Make preparation and escort the 2nd party and the 3rd party audit on environment related management system.
準備和陪同第二方、第三方關于環境有關管理體系方面的審核；
•Implement new supplier and annual supplier environment related audit;
執行新供應商和年度供應商環境相關審核；
•Prepare and implement internal audit of environment related management systems.
準備和執行環境相關管理體系內部審核；
•Follow up the corrective actions of the 2nd party/ the 3rd party/ supplier/internal audit.
跟進第二方、第三方審核、供應商審核和內部審核糾正措施；
Qualifications Required
•Bachelor’s degree or above, major in environment, engineering, chemistry, management related.
大學本科或以上學歷，管理類相關專業。
•At least 5 years experienced in quality, environmental, engery management systems and other relevant management systems, having relevant certificates.
具有質量、環境、能源等等相關管理體系的經驗
•Familiar with related law and regulation, industry rule, proficient in the management system document preparation and audit skill.
熟悉有關的法律法規、行業守則，精通相關體系文件編寫和審核技巧。
•Analytical and systematic thinking with ability to communicate effectively between cross functional teams in organization and multicultural environment;
具有分析和系統思維能力，能夠在組織和多元文化環境下與跨職能團隊進行有效溝通
•Familiar with Microsoft Office.
熟練使用辦公軟件。
•Can read and write in English.
