崗位職責：
1. Lead and manage projects from Kick off to Mass Production/Ramp down.
主導和管理項目從立項到量產。
2. Define Project Scope and Project Plan / Milestone / Schedule. Develop full scale project plans and associated Project and communication documents, using appropriate tools.
制定項目范圍和項目計劃/里程碑/時間表。使用適當的工具，制定全面的項目計劃以及相關的項目和溝通文件。
3. Full ownership of all aspects of the project related issues, esp on Cost, Qualified Product and Lead-time.
全面負責管理項目所有相關問題，特別是交期、成本、質量方面。
4. Track project milestones and deliverables. 跟蹤項目里程碑和可交付成果。
5. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
開發和交付進度報告、建議、需求文檔和演示文稿。
6. Manage good business relationship with customers and/or suppliers when necessary.
必要時管理與客戶和/或供應商的良好業務關系。
7. Support Customers Audit / Visit支持客戶審核/訪問。
任職條件：
1. Good communicated skills, in English and Chinese / Mandarin (written and spoken).
溝通表達能力好，英語聽說讀寫流利。
2.Related experiences from project management or account management (min 6 years).
相關項目管理經驗6年以上。
3. preferably from the consumer electronics industry. preferred International experience from working with customers located in US, Europe and Asia.
消費類電子行業優先，有與歐美及亞洲客戶工作經驗優先。
4.Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
能夠獨立工作帶領團隊，協調內外干系人推動項目。
5.Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
必須具備學習新技能新知識的能力。
6.Customer service skills and asset.
具備客戶服務技巧。
7.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
