Job Responsibilities
• Leading QA team
• Assessing customer requirements and establish quality standards to supplier and inspection team.
• Determines the objectives, targets and goals for QA team
• Monthly communication of team activities, progress and continuous improvements of supplier performance
• Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with company standards at both national and international level
• Perform the same functional activities as QA
• Investigating, analyzing and solving problems with suppliers
• Monitor the change and improvement in performance and quality of suppliers
• Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
• Supervising lab testing and staff performance
Job Requirements
• Bechelor’s degree required
• 5 years’ or above experience of quality/engineer experiences preferred in paper packaging industry
• At least have 3 years’ experience in supplier quality engineer (SQE) or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
• Strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal and team-work skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and able to work under pressure
• Responsible, independent and sense of urgency
• Good command of written and speaking English,
• Excellent computer skills

• 負責協辦完成其他臨時指派的工作
仼職要求
• 大學畢業，英語程度達CET-4 級或以上
• 5年以上質量管理或工程經驗，有紙品包裝行業經驗者優先考慮
• 至少3年供應商質量工程師(SQE)工作經驗，或有同等學歷與培訓/經驗相結合者會考慮
• 良好的溝通能力，解決問題能力，人際關系和團隊合作能力
• 能夠管理多項任務，并能在壓力下工作。
• 負責任、獨立和高效準確地完成緊急任務
• 精通普通話
